Here’s a nice trick. Add this to your .bashrc:

dropboxf () { mdfind -onlyin ~/Dropbox “$1″ | sed “s/\/Users\/$USER\/Dropbox\///”;}

And you can do something like this to search your dropbox:

$ dropboxf 168.99
