I have tried switching users, but the light stays on. I have tried restarting the computer, but once it is up and running again, the light comes back. I have tried what the article recommended, but after the first step I get a "permission denied". This also happens during the second step. I ran sophos antivirus, but it turned up with nothing. In the event that this is caused by a RAT or something similar, I've placed a sheet of paper over the camera.
