		<description>I wish when they give us effects they would stick to useful/functional effects.  Vignette Blur, Warm Vintage, Rainbow, White Glow?  These are almost useless in a day to day setting.  Something useful would be an effect to draw a circle around a portion of the image (or an arrow), the ability to add a speech bubble with text, letting you to 2-up or 4-up collages, etc..</description>
