Focus your attention on the task at hand by hiding all other windows

Command+Option+H hides all windows from all applications except for the currently active window

Likewise, if you want to hide just the current application to clean up your workspace for something else:

Command+H hides all windows from the currently active application

With either of these keystrokes, you can just click on the apps icon in the Dock to find the windows again.

  1. our attention is the most precious resource we have .But nobody in education Teaches young people how to focus their attention.Our young people are being short changed .They could be learning much more if they given a one to two hour lesion on how to focus their attention they will become more aware of the distractions as they come up .It is surprising that with all the great minds we have in education they leave out the one subject that is the first skill a student needs to become an independent learner.
