Here are couple of ideas for artists out there,
a cowboy in remote background with a gun, and bullet just grazing the apple. Or a monster with is teeth about to take a bite.

I made a very similar one using a green iPhone case with vinyl/scanned artwork that I adhered to the back of the case. It ran on cult of mac and quickly got a cease and decist letter. Oh theme the breaks.
