I downloaded from ITunes a song titled Glorious Day. It did not download successfully. I was charged and received a receipt showing I paid $ 1.29. I would like this song! Please help! You can give me a credit and I will try to purchase the song again!

When i try to download iTunes+QuickTime it says “The installation did not complete successfully. iTunes requires QuickTime.” So then i try to download QuickTime. Its says “Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one. But nothing else is running. Also when i try to put in my mom’s credit card numbers and stuff for itunes id it says to enter a valid security code. But i know that it’s right. Help! I just want to be able to use my ipod touch ! ://

I can download iTunes 10 but whenever i try to open it, it will not open. I have uninstalled the programme and re-installed it but it still doesnt work. What can i do?

Same problem here. Itunes 10 says download will take more than 12 hours!! Nothing happens anyway!!!

Teresa, did you figure this out in the end as i’m having the same problem.
Have left it for hours and no progess. Have tried it several times and it freezes at different points each time. I’ve got a new laptop (on win 7) so I’ve never had itunes on the system to cause problems.

Any help appreciated.

I would recommend giving it time to install, sometimes installations take longer than you’d expect.

You can also try uninstalling the existing iTunes app before reinstalling another one. This is good advice for Mac and Windows users alike.

Whenever I try to install iTunes 10, the Installation bar fills about halfway and just stopps. It doesn’t keep going, and it doesn’t allow me to exit out/cancel the installation. I’ve tried several times. Can anyone help me with this? Please?

I can download my itunes 10.0 but it won’t install. Any ideas? In the meantime, it quit syncing with my iphone.
