Please stay away from this 4.1 release until a safe jailbreak procedure (which also preserves ultrasn0w) is developed and released. So it's better wait for some days or may be in a day we will have some good news to share :) Apple has added some nice feature in this version but if you are using a jailbroken iPhone or planning to jailbreak after updating your iPhone, I suggest you should stay away from this update as dev team has clearly stated:
