iPad Light Painting

People are doing all sorts of cool things with iPads, but this must be one of the more interesting projects I’ve seen. Using videos playing on an iPad and stop-frame photography, Dentsu London moved the device around in dark environments to create 3-dimensional words and animations.

    Find light work with type on my website since 2008.. and guess what it actually has a ‘concept’ behind it. “woah!! Really!!?”

    Personally this is just an experiment to me, I leave that ‘stuff’ on flickr…

    Freehand will ALWAYS be better for integrity and soul but I see the uses of this.. so watch this space.

    That’s actually a lot more complex and interesting than I was expecting, I like how the images seem to dance in space.
