Just go under &quot;File&quot; and go to &quot;Print.&quot; In the print dialog box, you&#039;ll see a little PDF button on the left. Click in it and select &quot;Save as PDF&quot; Once you&#039;re in that dialog box, click on &quot;Security Options.&quot;
Put a check-mark next to &quot;Require password to open document,&quot; fill in the password, verify password, OK the dialog box, so you&#039;re back to the Print Dialog, then print the (now PDF) file to your desktop.</description>
