I have a IPhone 4s used redsnow which is spose to be only tether but i can reboot turn off and on without being pluged in, anyone having issues with tether not wanting to boot use redsn0w_win_0.9.14b2 in DFU mode and it says it needs to be tether but it does not, works perfectly fine just takes about 20 mins to fully install
