Manage to make this procedure hope this works for you..

Procedure unlocking and jailbreaking Iphone 3G 3Gs with firmware 4.1 and 4.2.1 baseband 06.15.00

1) Back up iphone to itunes
2) update firmware to 4.2.1 from itunes.
3) download redsn0w 0.9.6rc16 and ipsw firmware 4.2.1
4) unzip redsn0w and run as Administrator.

then run again redsn0w and check install ipad baseband.
note:install cydia and ipad baseband separately
8) click next the follow intructions on entering recovery mode.

Note: If for some reason your iphone get stuck in recovery mode while doing the steps
Download iReb.r6.exe to get out from recovery mode.

Note: If firmware 4.2.1 will not work on your iphone....

10) Download firmware ipsw 4.1 for iphone 3G 3Gs.
11) Run redsn0w again and select firmware 1.4 ipsw then follow steps as before.

Note: at this time you still have problem connecting to wifi to launch cydia for installing ultrasn0w

Procedure in installing ultrasn0w without wifi for unlocking iphone with carrier.

1) Download DiskAid.exe to access your iphones root settings and Ultrasn0w 1.2.7 for firmware 4.1,4.2.1
then unzip ultrasn0w 1.2.7 on your desktop.
2) Run DiskAid and put the two files that you unzip from ultrasn0w 1.2.7 to var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall

Note: If Cydia is not available in Media...Just add folder and rename it Cydia with "C" uppercase.
then from Cydia folder make anew folder also and rename it AutoInstall with "A" and "I" uppercase.

3) Close DiskAid and reboot your iphone twice and be patient to wait up to 5 minutes to see the network carrier
   of your iphone appearing.
4) restore your iphone from the back-up on your itunes.

Done...Enjoy your new updated iphone 3G 3gs..
