What does that mean? If you just jailbroke your device for the first time, Cydia will not have any SHSH blobs stored for your device. It also means that your device is "tethered" still--probably until they release a different version of Redsn0w. There is an option in RedSn0w -- "Just boot Tethered right now." If you use that option and follow the instructions properly, your iphone should boot with a pineapple logo and then Cydia will work. However, if you reboot your device, you will need to repeat the same process.
