same for me: NFS shares appear as if they were mounted read-only in finder. However they are not because using a Terminal shell, I can write to the NFS shares.
I tried many things but without success.

I concur with this statement. Mac OS X 10.6.7 breaks NFS shares. I now only have the ability to view/copy files on my share. What a horrible update.

This horrible update actually breaks NFS shares instead of improving anything about them as indicated in the list of changes. Skip this update and wait for 10.6.8 if you use NFS shares.

I update to 10.6.7 and still have a unpleasant with Microsoft word or text editor. When I type text normally then move the cursor by arrow for editting, the strange symbol is disappear now but the word also move follow the nagative direction. Grummmm.
