Hit Control + F7 to Toggle Tab Window Navigation in Mac OS X

If you want to use Tab window and dialog box navigation immediately, or to temporarily disable it, just hit Control+F7. Changes take effect immediately and you toggle Tab keyboard focus while in any active dialog.

You can also manually enable Tab key navigation from the System Preferences.

This is a great feature, especially for those who are faster with the keyboard than a trackpad or mouse.
