My son bought a Mac today (August 1, 2011) from Best Buy and is right now trying to figure out how to get Lion. Seems to be a lot of hoops to jump through. Maybe the website is purposely not updated as of yet. If you read the licence agreement it stipulates only available to the states, Canada and a couple of others????
