I have an iPod Touch 4th gen with iOS 5.0.1 and I'm still having issues with the battery. I would be using mu iPod unplugged and then I get the warning that it's almost out of juice. Turn off the screen, check 1 minute later and the battery magically has 80% charge... Is this inherent of the type of battery it is, is it just showing signs of wear (ober 1 year), or is the OS miscalculating something?
