You can re-arrange, create folders, delete apps, etc from there... The most useful thing I found in that is the fact that you can even re-arrange pages/screens. i.e. you can bring the 3rd screen before the 2nd andd then all your apps on the 2nd and 3rd screen will simply swap their places...
