If the iPad 3 gets LTE it needs a Personal Hotspot so that we can actually use it, and AT&T needs to allow more than 5GB of data, that would be eaten up after streaming 3-4 HD movies! Ideally we can get a flat data rate for all devices and personal hotspot, and 10GB+ data plans. Not much use having an HD display with 4G internet if you can't use the broadband! Sounds right to me given Apple's historical changes from iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S, etc. iPad 3 will be a redesign next year and be physically slimmer once Apple is able to get the batteries and displays thin enough to cram into a smaller structure. iPad 2S = same design, new insides and a new screen.
