iPhone 6 commercials

Apple has started to run new TV advertisements for the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The commercials feature the voices of late night TV personality Jimmy Fallon and popstar Justin Timberlake, who lightheartedly discuss a feature of the new phones. If you haven’t seen them air on TV yet, videos of the advertisements have been embedded below for easy viewing.

The first commercial is titled “Huge”, and as one may have guessed, it focuses primarily on the significantly larger screen sizes introduced to iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The second commercial, titled “Camera”, emphasizes the significant improvements brought to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus cameras, including slow motion, time lapse, and image stabilization.

Those who watched Monday Night Football may have noticed one or both of the commercials, and they have since become more widespread on network television.

Apple first introduced two similarly commercials for the iPhone 6 during the keynote event that unveiled the products, but those advertisements did not appear to air on television until more recently. Those two videos, titled “Duo” and “Health” respectively, are embedded below, and they are also narrated by pop culture figures Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake.

Typically Apple has avoided having celebrities in their commercials, making these somewhat new territory, though it’s certainly possible that many viewers will watch the commercials and have no idea who is narrating them. An earlier iPad Air commercial featured the voice of the late Robin Williams, but it was a quotation from a movie rather than a script specifically geared towards the advertisement.
