There’s a new iPad commercial out again, and Apple showers the device in superlatives: iPad is cinematic, elementary, academic, full-size, presenting, bought, sold, fantasy, electric. The latest TV advertisement features the same finger snapping Chilly Gonzales piano song from iPad commercials airing earlier in the year, except at the end there’s an electric guitar playing the same chords.

The latest iPad commercial joins the MacBook Air, iPhone, iPod touch, and iPod nano commercials that are also seen on the airwaves with some regularity.

Update on 11/24/2011: A newer iPod touch commercial featuring a song by GROUPLOVE has just been released as well.

Apple has released a new iPod touch that has all the great features of the iPhone 4 (minus cell), and along with any new iPod release comes a new commercial. The newest iPod touch commercial is called “All kinds of fun” and it shows the iPod touch shooting video, in FaceTime calls, and using other cool new features on the device. Of course there’s a catchy song playing in the background, and that song is about to get really popular per the Apple Commercial Effect.

Update 10/2/2010: Apple released a new version of the iPad ad, titled “iPad is electric” and it features the same piano song playing in the commercial. Read on to hear and download the song.

Apple just released a new iPad commercial called “iPad is Delicious” that features the text “iPad is…” followed by images of someone browsing a pictured recipe book, playing games, reading books, writing on a virtual chalkboard, etc, the video is posted above if you haven’t seen it yet.

Playing in the background is a piano song with fingers snapping to a gradually increasing energy level and soon come handclaps, a bass line, and the whole shebang… of course since it’s an Apple commercial this song is about to get very popular and two people have already asked me what the song is.

What’s the name of the song in the new iPad commercial?

The song is ‘Never Stop’ by Chilly Gonzales, from an upcoming album titled “Ivory Tower” that will be available on September 14. There are actually two versions of this song available, a ‘rap mix’ and the ‘original mix’ which is an instrumental version.
