iOS 10.2 beta 7

Apple has released iOS 10.2 beta 7 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Users who are participating in the beta testing programs for iOS can find the download of iOS 10.2 beta 7 available now from the Software Update mechanism within Settings.

iOS 10.2 includes new emoji icons, new wallpapers, and some minor feature adjustments, as well as various bug fixes to the iPhone and iPad system software.

With the escalating pace of beta releases, the final public version of iOS 10.2 will likely debut soon, perhaps next week.

Apple has other beta system software currently in the works, which is probable to launch near the release of iOS 10.2. The final public version of MacOS Sierra 10.12.2 should also launch soon, which is set to include bug fixes, new emoji icons, and new wallpapers. Presumably the minor release of watchOS 3.1.1 will also launch near the same time.

I wish could be last version of 10.2 beta .7

Any word on whether airplay will be re-enabled for sound/speakers? I spent $600 on airplay speakers and another $200 on extra airport expresses to enable airplay on two existing sound systems. The new iOS only supports airplay mirroring to Apple TV. They’re abandoning the airport systems and now also legacy airplay sound systems. Time to go to Sonos and google home??

Swipe up the airplay menu on your phone, then swipe to the right. Now you select what output to airplay. So it’s not just airplay mirroring as you say.
