The Ultimate Slacker Last Minute Gift Guide
OK you waited until the very last minute, and now you need to get gifts or presents for someone. Or maybe someone unexpected is showing up for the holidays. Whatever the reason, this is the very last minute, and you’re tight on time. Running around the stores is basically out of the question, and this is far past the deadline for getting crafty or waiting for FedEx to deliver in the new year, so you’re on the web, looking for answers…. hmmm! But not to fret, you’re not alone and there are numerous email delivery options for great last minute gifts….
The answer is gift cards.
Gift cards are great in that they allow someone to pick whatever they want, and ship it where ever they want, but admittedly they are not necessarily the most creative or innovative gift in the world.
Amazon to the rescue!
Amazon has just about everything under the sun, and everyone loves Amazon, so it’s really the best all-inclusive possible option out there for super last minute gift card e-delivery (or print).
Amazon gift cards are great, they can be sent digitally through email or printed out yourself so you can even wrap them if need be. Perfecto.
Apple to the rescue!
If you’re shopping for an Apple fan, you’re in luck because Apple also has e-delivery available through their online store:
Apple emailed gift cards are another option for last minute gifting, you can pick them up from the Apple online store here.
Phew! Crisis averted, gift cards are delivered on time, and you’re good to go. Christmas is saved!
Have fun, Good luck, Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!
Local small biz and Amazon do different things.
I love Amazon AND local small businesses AND patronize them both: no local small business can stream ad-free music to my phone 24/7 AND Amazon cannot let me feel the sweater before I buy it. They compliment each other.
Really, Local Small Business. Really? I can picture their happy faces as they open the card that says: Happy Christmas- a few old socks I no longer need were given to Oxfam in your name. Enjoy my self-satisfaction xxx And, sorry to break it to you, but all the small businesses on the way to my grandmother’s house (who am I, Little Red Riding Hood?) are closed! For quite some time. So, much as you may hate it, those behemoths Amazon and Apple are going to work for me right now. The charity thing, I’ll do later, without too much smugness.
I get Amazon gift cards every year and people love them, myself included. Once people are adults, let them shop for themselves. Kids are easy, toys and games.
