New ‘Shot On iPhone 7’ Commercial: One Night
Apple is running an all new iPhone commercial focusing on the devices camera. The commercial spot is called “One Night” and apparently includes a collection of photos and videos captured with iPhone 7 on a single night around the world, backed by a jazz soundtrack.
According to the brief notes on the Apple YouTube page, the One Night iPhone commercial includes work from 16 photographers in 15 cities on 6 continents, all taking pictures on one night using iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
You’ll see many examples demonstrating the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus low light performance, as well as various iPhone camera photography features, including the portrait mode, Live Photos, videos, time-lapse, and other features of the iPhone camera.
The jazz piano song playing in the “One Night” Shot On iPhone commercial is “Snowfall” by Ahmad Jamal Trio.

I’m just curious as to where this was filmed
Why don’t you do an article about how really bad the image quality is on the iPhone 7? Much worst that even the iPhone 5 in terms of artifacts and luminance. The photos look like they are watercolour paintings. Oddly enough you get better results from 3rd party camera apps.
I’ve noticed this too but I figured it was my personal iPhone 7 Plus, but yea for me anyway the picture quality is visibly worse than iPhone 6s or iPhone 5. All the details are blurred together like it was in some terrible filter, it looks awful.
My iPhone 7 does not take pictures like those shown in this commercial at all, maybe I have a bad unit.
