Beta 6 of MacOS 10.12.4 and iOS 10.3 Available for Testing
Apple has released the sixth beta versions of macOS 10.12.4 and iOS 10.3 for users participating in the beta testing programs.
Users who are enrolled in the beta testing programs will find the latest beta system software releases available through the usual update mechanisms. In macOS that is through the Mac App Store, in iOS that is through the Settings app.
Beta versions of MacOS 10.12.4 are currently testing a Night Shift feature similar to Flux app on the Mac, which adjusts the color hue of the screen as daytime lighting turns to night and vice versa. This Night Shift feature exists in iOS for iPhone and iPad users right now.
Meanwhile, beta versions of iOS 10.3 are testing a “Find My AirPods” feature which can help users locate a missing wireless AirPod earbud.
It’s possible that new watchOS and tvOS betas will also arrive shortly, as typically Apple issues beta builds for their entire operating system suite at or near the same time.
The final versions of MacOS 10.12.4 and iOS 10.3 are likely due in the near distant future, as Apple typically goes through several beta builds before issuing a final version to the general public.
Yippee kai yay!
Didn’t I always tell you that if you don’t have anything nice to say to not say anything? What else have I told you that you’ve been ignoring? Why don’t you be a nice boy, go outside and play, get some exercise for a change!
