Apple has released the GM build of macOS High Sierra to Mac users participating in the developer preview and public beta testing programs. GM stands for Golden Master and typically represents the final build of what was beta software that will become the public release.
Apple has announced that iOS 11 will be released to the general public on September 19 as a free download. Additionally, macOS High Sierra will debut as a free download on September 25 for Mac users.
