Download iOS 13 Beta 1, iPadOS 13 Beta 1, macOS Catalina Beta 1 Now if You’re a Developer
Users enrolled in the Apple Developer program can download the first beta version of iOS 13 for iPhone and iPod touch, and iPadOS 13 for iPad, iPad Mini, and iPad Pro, and macOS Catalina 10.15 for Mac.
iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 feature a new optional Dark Mode appearance theme, performance enhancements, revisions and new features to the core set of apps including to Photos, Mail, Reminders, Messages, and Maps, a new QuickPath swipe based keyboard, and more. As for naming, iPadOS is basically iOS rebranded for iPad and geared towards the devices larger display, and is (currently) versioned the same as iOS.
MacOS Catalina features the replacement of iTunes into three separate apps for Music, Podcasts, and TV, a new SideCar feature that allows Macs to use an iPad as a secondary display, Screen Time, updates to the suite of Mac apps including Safari, Notes, and Reminders, and more.

Any device installing the latest beta system software much be compatible. You can check iOS 13 compatible iPhones, and iPadOS compatible iPad models, and you can see a list of MacOS Catalina compatible Macs too.
Though the current beta versions are limited to Apple Developers, technically anyone can pay the $99 annual membership fee to become registered as an Apple Developer and gain access to the developer beta software releases.
While developer betas of iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and MacOS Catalina are available now, the public beta seed will arrive in July.
Separately, Apple has also released the first beta versions of watchOS 6 for Apple Watch and tvOS 13 for Apple TV for eligible developers.
