VintageApple has long been a fantastic collection of retro Apple and Mac materials, including old magazines, catalogs, and user guides, and now they have added a whopper collection of over 150 vintage Mac programming books available for free.

These Macintosh programming books from the 80’s and 90’s were painstakenly scanned from the actual physical books that were donated to and scanned by VintageApple, available now to the rest of us geeky retro enthusiasts for easy access as downloadable PDF files. Even non-programmer retro Mac enthusiasts are likely to get a kick out of this old book collection, because there’s manuals and user guides for things like Hypercard and ResEdit, the Macintosh tinkerer classic app.
