I don’t even have a music section in settings. Yet itunes media services under system services still eats up a ton of data so this “fix” of yours isn’t really a fix.
My iPhone plays my music over my car’s Bluetooth system. The músic is downloaded in my app. Every time I switch my cars audio to BT, Apple Music starts to play. I have to manually open the player by going to my Lock Screen to stop it. It’s annoying!
