MacOS Golden Gate 27 Beta 3 Available to Download
The third beta version of MacOS Golden Gate 27 has been released to users enrolled in the developer beta testing program for Apple system software. MacOS 27 beta 3 carries build 26A5378j, and is available to download now through Software Update, a package installer, or IPSW.
MacOS Golden Gate 27 has an emphasis on improving performance and the Liquid Glass interface appearance, with features like a slider to adjust the intensity of Liquid Glass, a Siri app that behaves a bit like a chatbot app, new Apple Intelligence Features, Siri AI capabilities including voice customization, improvements to Mail search, improvements to Spotlight accuracy and speed, and more.
Any user can install the MacOS 27 beta by joining the developer beta testing program, but this is not recommended beyond advanced users who are comfortable with buggy aspects of beta system software. A public beta will be available shortly as well, which is still most appropriate for intermediate to advanced Mac users.
Additionally, Apple also issued new betas for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and visionOS, including iOS 27 beta 3, iPadOS 27 beta 3, watchOS 27 beta 3, and tvOS 27 beta 3.
How to Download MacOS Golden Gate 27 Beta 3
Assuming you already running MacOS Golden Gate 27 beta, updating beta 3 by is:
- Go to Apple menu and select “System Settings”
- Choose “General” and then go to “Software Update”
- Choose to install the latest MacOS Golden Gate 27 beta 3 update
