Apple has released a small but important security update versioned as iOS 9.3.4 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Apple has started running a few new advertisements, one of which markets the iPad Pro as a “computer”, and the other which demonstrates the iPhone camera by showing various portraits of humans as portrayed in images, videos, and Live Photos. Apple has released the fourth developer beta versions of iOS 10, watchOS 3, tvOS 10, and macOS Sierra 10.12. Additionally, the third public beta versions of iOS 10 and macOS Sierra are now available.

A jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 and earlier versions back to iOS 9.2 is now available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The jailbreak arrives from China through a group called Pangu, who has released similar jailbreaking utilities in the past for Mac OS X and Windows.

Apple has released four new “Shot on iPhone” commercials, some demonstrating the slow motion video recording effect of the iPhone camera with a focus on wildlife, while another demonstrates the time-lapse camera capability.

Apple has released OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 for Mac users. The minor point release system software update includes small bug fixes and security updates. Additionally, Mac users running prior versions of Mac OS X system software including Yosemite and Mavericks will find a separate “Security Update 2016-004” release available for their machines.

Apple has released iOS 9.3.3 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The small point release update arrives as build 13G34 and includes bug fixes and security updates to the mobile operating system.

Apple has released updated beta builds to the various operating systems currently under development, including iOS 10 beta 3, macOS Sierra 10.12 beta 3, watchOS beta 3, and tvOS 10 beta 3.

The fourth beta versions of iOS 9.3.3, OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, and tvOS 9.2.2 have been released to users participating in both the developer beta program and the public beta testing programs.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting the next iPhone model to debut this year will largely resemble existing iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S in appearance. Instead, Apple will opt for a more dramatic design overhaul with the 2017 model year iPhone.

Users who participate in the beta programs for iOS, Mac OS X, tvOS, and watchOS will find new beta builds available for their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Apple TV hardware.

The first beta versions of iOS 10, macOS Sierra, tvOS, and watchOS 3 are available to download for users participating in the registered developer programs.

iOS 10 has been announced in what Apple says is the biggest update to the iPhone and iPad ever. With many new features and enhancements, including a revamped lock screen, redesigned control center, smarter photos abilities, major improvements to Siri, and enhancements to Maps, there is much to be offered.
