Maximize the iTunes window to fullscreen

maximize itunes fullscreen

You can maximize the iTunes window to take up the fullscreen by holding down the Option button while you press the green button.

Without the Option key held down, the green button sends iTunes into mini-player mode. This mini-player mode is different from the album art mini-player though, which is new to iTunes 10.

Another alternative is to enter into Cover Flow fullscreen mode.
