Pretty sure iOS 13 is Apple’s most buggy iOS yet. I’ve found too many issues on my phone to keep track. I would strongly suggest anyone considering upgrading to iOS 13 to hold off until Apple cleans up this hot mess – as of 13.1.3 it’s still really buggy.

Every time I try to download the newest update I get a message saying my system is up-to-date already. I wonder why I can’t download iOS 13.1.3. By the way this happened with the previous come out last update as well. Took a day or two before I could upload it.

I’ve already had the iOS 13.1.13 Download, and personally I think it SUCKS. Within 2 days of usage, I wound up having to reset my iPad in order for it to work properly. Sound fluxuates at incovenient moments, won’t hold a WiFi Signal for any length of time and constantly having to reset Password in order to perform tasks…

iOS 13.1.3 just came out today, so it is impossible that you had this update until today. You should check your Settings and you’ll see it’s a new one, you probably got one of the prior versions cus they have released a bunch of updates in a short amount of time, each fixing bugs and yada yada.

Your issues with the iOS 13 update sound annoying though, it has been a buggy release unfortunately which is why it’s a good idea to install these updates. But hey, it’s not Catalina!

Hopefully they’ve fixed the video-audio alignment problem in the TV app – playing movies the sound would get off from the picture after about 30 minutes.
