Apple has released the first beta versions of iOS 13.3.1 for iPhone, iPadOS 13.3.1 for iPad, MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 for Mac, and tvOS 13.3.1 for Apple TV.

Each beta build is available for users enrolled in the respective beta operating system testing programs. Typically the developer beta build rolls out first and is soon followed by a public beta release of the same build.

Presumably the betas of macOS Catalina 10.15.3, iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, and tvOS 13.3.1 all focus on bug fixes and enhancements to the various operating systems, and no major new features are expected.

Users who are enrolled in the iOS and ipadOS beta testing programs can find the latest 13.3.1 update available to download now from the Settings app > General > Software Update section, assuming they are running a beta profile.

Mac users who are enrolled in the macOS beta testing programs can find the latest beta build available from System Preferences > Software Update, again assuming they are running the beta profile on their Mac.

TvOS beta testers can also find the beta build available through the Settings app as a software update.

Apple usually goes through several beta builds before issuing a versos to the general public, suggesting that we’re still a ways off before getting final stable builds of these various beta releases.

The latest stable builds of system software currently available are MacOS Catalina 10.15.2 (along with security updates to Mojave and High Sierra) for Mac, iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 for iPhone and iPad respectively, and tvOS 13.3 for Apple TV. There’s also a separate iOS 12.4.4 update available for some older iPhone and iPad models.
