iOS 11 beta

Apple has released iOS 11 beta 10 for enrolled iPhone and iPad devices, along with tvOS 11 beta 10 for Apple TV users participating in the developer beta testing programs.

Separately, a new public beta of iOS 11 is also available for user testing as well.

The 10th beta versions likely contain minor adjustments and last minute bug fixes without any major adjustments or changes to the operating systems or feature set.

Users who are enrolled in the beta testing programs can find the latest beta system software available to download now via the Settings app Software Update mechanism on their eligible devices. For developer beta users, it will be versioned as iOS 11 developer beta 10, and for public beta users it will be versioned as iOS 11 public beta 9.

Any user can choose to install the public beta versions of iOS 11, tvOS 11, and macOS High Sierra on any supported hardware, though iOS 11 is perhaps most interesting on the iPad.

iOS 11, macOS High Sierra 10.13, tvOS 11, and watchOS 4 are each scheduled to be released to the broader public sometime this fall. It’s quite likely we’ll get an exact release date on September 12 during the Apple event, where new iPhone models are expected to debut as well.

    10 beta’s is rediculous.

Is it? Maybe iOS 11 will be more stable on release.

Considering they often release the ‘final’ versions of system software and it’s still buggy beta quality until a .2 or .3 stability release, it’s not too ridiculous after all.

I personally wouldn’t install a freshly released iOS or macOS on any system where stability is necessary until a second release has fixed it after being exposed to masses of general users. I have had too many issues in the past, learning from mistakes is important.
