Beta 4 of MacOS Mojave 10.14.2 Released for Testing
Apple has released the fourth beta version of macOS Mojave 10.14.2 to Mac users enrolled in the Mojave beta testing program.
Both the developer and public beta version of macOS 10.14.2 are available to download now onto eligible machines.
No major new features are expected to arrive in macOS 10.14.2. It’s not entirely clear what macOS Mojave 10.14.2 is focusing on, but presumably the update will include bug fixes, security updates, and other enhancements to the Mojave operating system.
The most recent stable build of macOS Mojave is currently MacOS 10.14.1.
Separately, Apple also released an updated tvOS 12.1 beta 4 for Apple TV beta testers.
There are currently no updated beta versions of iOS 12.1.1 or watchOS 5.1.2, which both remain on beta 3 released several weeks ago. The most recent final build of iOS is currently iOS 12.1 for iPhone and iPad, and watchOS 5.1.1 for Apple Watch.
Does 10.14.2 solve the battery drainage problems noted here

and widely elsewhere?
I hope they fix the problem of Mohave not seeing the network card. I had this problem and others have had it too both in beta and in the first release. I went back to Sierra after spending too much time on the phone with apple, in the apple store with the genius bar folk and restoring my computer to Sierra.
I set my mac pro to dual boot between Sierra and Mojave (I like dark-mode), but after a while I noticed that there wasn’t much need to use Mojave. Sierra is working just fine for everything I need.
