Apple has released the fourth beta versions of iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 for users participating in the beta programs.

Both developer beta and public beta releases are available to download.

iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 betas include a few features that are not included in the general iOS 13 release, and also presumably include other bug fixes and enhancements to the upcoming operating system.

Users who have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch enrolled in the beta testing programs can find the latest iOS 13.1 beta 4 and iPadOS 13.1 beta 4 updates available to download now from the Settings app.

Anyone can technically install iOS and iPadOS beta system software on their eligible devices that are compatible with iOS 13 and iPadOS 13.

If you’re an advanced user who is comfortable running beta system software, then installing iPadOS 13.1 on iPad or installing iOS 13 beta on iPhone is relatively simple and currently will install the latest iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 beta versions.

iPadOS 13.1 public beta 4

It is widely assumed that iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 will debut when iPadOS release date of September 30 rolls around in the coming weeks. Separately, iOS 13 will be released to the general public on September 19.

Separately, Apple has also released a new beta version of tvOS to users enrolled in the Apple TV system software beta testing program.
