    Hello!
I downloaded iPad OS 15.3.1 for my iPad Pro 2021. During installation, it did not reboot. The Apple insignia appears in the center with the black background. It goes all black and then the Apple insignia returns.
This sequence has been repeating itself for over 15 hours. I cannot turn it off. Any advice? Thank you in advance.
