iPhone 17e & M4 iPad Air Released by Apple
Apple has released an all new iPhone 17e as an update to the lower cost iPhone, as well as the M4 iPad Air series as an update to the iPad Air lineup. Both of these new products are basically spec-bump’d versions of prior hardware and are not major new redesigns, but if you’re in the market for the latest and greatest Apple products of these lineups you’ll be happy to have the new choices available to you.
Additionally, Apple has released some new spring color accessories for things like Apple Watch bands and iPhone cases.
iPhone 17e
iPhone 17e is Apple’s new entry level lower cost iPhone, and it features the latest gen A19 chip which offers improved performance. There’s also a 48mp single camera, a 6.1″ display, and MagSafe capable charging.
The iPhone 17e base model includes 256GB of storage, and is available in pink, white, and black color options. The iPhone 17e starts at $599.

M4 iPad Air
The iPad Air now features the M4 processor, which Apple says is faster, more energy efficient, offers better graphics performance, and includes more RAM compared to its predecessor (12GB vs 8GB). The iPad Air is otherwise the same as it has been for a while, available in both 11″ and 13″ models, and even has the same bubbly default wallpapers that were originally introduced on earlier M-series iPad Air models. The iPad Air is generally the best iPad model for most users since it’s very powerful and capable, while being much more reasonably priced than the iPad Pro models, and much more capable with significantly better screen than the iPad base model.
The 11″ M4 iPad Air starts at $599, while the 13″ M4 iPad Air starts at $799. If you’re in the market for a new iPad, Amazon frequently offers discounts on both of these devices and that will likely be the case with the M4 series in the near future too.
