MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1 beta 5 has been released by Apple for Mac users participating in the beta testing programs.

Apple has released iOS 11.1 beta 5 alongside macOS High Sierra 10.13.1 beta 4 and tvOS 11.1 beta 4. Currently the beta versions are available to developers, but public beta versions are usually available soon after.
