Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server Default Wallpaper

I recently came across the default wallpaper in Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server and I think it looks just fantastic with it’s blue hues, starry knight kind of aurora type theme.

Frankly, I wish such a beautiful desktop background picture was included in the standard Snow Leopard in Mac OS X, but it isn’t. Since it’s not, I’m re-hosting the Snow Leopard Server default desktop picture here for everyones eye candy convenience, just click on the image thumbnail for the full-size version. Then just save it to your Mac (or PC, or iPhone, or iPad) and use it as your wallpaper. Nice isn’t it?

The picture is 2560 x 1600, so it’s basically retina on some displays, and not quite retina on others.

This makes for a great wallpaper on any Mac, set it as your desktop background and enjoy!
