Apple has added two new videos to their “Shot on iPhone 6” marketing campaign, both featuring movies which utilize the slow motion capture ability of the iPhone camera.

Both new videos are 15 seconds long and embedded below for easy viewing, and like the other movies in the Shot on iPhone 6 effort, they’ll likely be appearing on television and elsewhere around the web.

The first video is a beautiful slow motion capture of a boat paddler on a body of water in Chaiyaphum, Thailand at sunset, the song “Caracol” by Tremor is the soundtrack.

The second video is a slow motion black and white capture of a stunt bicyclist in Votorantim, Brazil, soundtracked to the song “I Know There’s Gonna (Be Good Times) [feat. Young Thug & Popcaan]” by Jamie xx

This brings the current total of Shot on iPhone 6 video spots to 13, with the four other recent additions adding to the original seven. The marketing effort seems to be well received overall.

The iPhone is a phone and a good one at that.

iPhone is a phone, and it’s also a really good camera. For me personally, I would much rather carry around an all-in-one device than a phone and a camera separately, it’s just more convenient. Sure the quality isn’t DSLR but it’s better than most point and shoot cameras at this point.
