Apple has released OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 Beta 3 for Mac users enrolled in the developer beta and public beta testing programs.

The new build arrives as 15C50a and continues to focus on bug fixes and specific areas, including wi-fi, networking, graphics, Calendar, USB, Photos, Notes, and Spotlight.

Mac users running prior beta builds of OS X 10.11.2 can find the third beta available now from Software Update within the Mac App Store. Users not running an existing beta can also choose to start the download from the developer center, or after enrolling in the Mac Public Beta Testing program through the Apple website.

    Many problems with OS X 10.11.1 — like nothing I’ve seen with any Mac before. Crashes within minutes. Numerous safe mode starts and reinstalls toons don’t help. My best guess is color stripes and other glitches suggest a graphics issue, but OS X 10.11.1 is inredibly unstable on my 15 inch Early 2011 MacBookPro 2GHz Intel 7 core with 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 and AMD Radeon HD 6490M 256MB using boot ROM ver MBP81.0047.B2A. Help..?!

    After installing 10.11.2 beta 3, I can no longer connect to the App Store…

    El Capitan == Windows Vista

    El Capitan breaks everything that was useful – broke email, can’t air drop anymore, broke keyboard shortcuts, broke my USB devices,…bottom line El Capitan is a POS

      If you think El Capitan is bad you never got to experience the joy of Yosemite apparently, because Yosemite was the worst OS X version ever shipped from Apple. Lion was awful too.

      OS X EL Capitan is good but you need a Mac newer than 2013 model year with 16GB of RAM, SSD, and Retina display.

    Will this resolve repeating BSD ? I am having mid-2010 apple macbook pro, after updating to EL Capitan 10.11.1 from OSX yosmete, i hit repeating BSD.

      This is a beta version of OS X 10.11.2, it is buggier than OS X 10.11.1 because of being a beta. Will it resolve anything, I do not know, but it’s a beta, so probably not.

      Try rebooting your Mac into Safe mode (shift key on reboot) and see if it works without BSD, you probably have a kernel extension breaking things. Look at your Console log to see what’s going on after you see BSD.
