4 Stunning Wallpapers Hidden in Plain View on the Apple & Wired Websites
There’s something about good wallpaper that makes using a Mac, iPhone, iPad, ok, even a Windows PC or Android device, just even better. We’re bringing you four gorgeous high resolution wallpapers that are basically hidden in plain sight from two sources, a recent Wired article about Apple Watch, and Apple.com product pages. All it took to uncover these amazing wallpaper shots was a little digging around with the web inspector tool, and we’re going to share the source links with you.
Two of the images are from Wired and this excellent article about the history of Apple Watch, which is more or less the devices creation story, it’s well worth a read if you haven’t done so yet. The other two images are from Apple.com, which if you take the time to poke around you’ll find has many beautiful HD images that can double as hidden wallpapers for Macs, iPhones, iPads, or whatever else you want to have some gorgeous desktop imagery for.
Two of these you’ll want to crop using Preview in OS X or within the Photos app of iOS so that they fit your device screen, and so they don’t have the unnecessary aspects (like the MacBook in the fall leaves picture, or the tiny watch in the Jellyfish image) – or keep them around, up to you.

The Jellyfish wallpaper, as shown below, in particular looks fantastic with a dark mode menu bar and a transparent Dock using cDock in OS X, so if you like customizing the appearance of your Mac it’s worthwhile to do so.
Enjoy the wallpapers! If you’re not into these, we have an abundance of others that may suit your preferences.
