Now, make sure your device is running iOS 13 / iPadOS 13 and simply follow the steps below.
- Open “Settings” on your iPhone and iPad.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on “Health”.
- Now, tap on “Data Access & Devices” located under Data, as shown below.
- Here, you’ll be able to see all your devices signed in to your Apple ID. For example, if you use an Apple Watch or iPad, it will show up here. Choose your iPhone or any other device you want to remove Health data from.
- Now, tap on “Delete All Data from iPhone” as shown in the screenshot below.
- When you’re prompted to confirm your action, press “Delete”.

You delete the health data from your phone but apple keeps the health data . They say they keep it safe for you . Turning off access from an app is not the same as turning off your phone censors from collecting your health data witch apple keeps safe for you off your phone. Apps have a way of turning them selfs on especially after an up date so they get your info.
I only managed deleting the information, I had added myself. So not all of the tracked steps etc. which was the main point.
A note of warning on doing this. All the awards you’ve won on your Apple Watch will disappear. So the special edition awards, or the 1000 workouts award, they will all disappear.
