The Real Reason the iPhone was Tracking Locations [Comic]
May 2, 2011 - 11 Comments
This is somewhat tasteless humor that pokes fun at recent world events and the somewhat overblown iPhone tracking thing.
Apple has since come forward and announced a bug fix will resolve this soon, with many in the rumor mill suggesting it will be released as iOS 4.3.3.

A “bug”?
I like how it can have two meanings, but of course they’re gonna go with the blameless version.
If they knew the location of the secret mansion in order to drop off the iPhone, why did they need the location data?
They didn’t. They dropped off thousands of iPhones all over the country. It was only when Osama used Facetime that they were able to use face recognition algorithms to identify him, and subsequently launch the mission.
Brilliant response
So you made a comic of what is already an extremely tired joke? Thanks a whole lot.
LOL
Variations of this are about Osama using Playstation Network, Foursquare, Facebook, etc. Kind of overdone but it’s good to make light of serious events sometimes.
Now, if I never hear about Bin Laden or iPhone tracking ever again I certainly won’t complain.
