MacOS Sonoma introduced a feature on the Mac that activates Expose which hides all open windows and apps, whenever you click on the desktop. This feature happens seamlessly, and when you click on the desktop wallpaper, you’ll reveal the desktop by pushing aside all other open apps and their windows, thus revealing the desktop and its wallpaper. Some Mac users really like this new feature, and others are less impressed with it, and some may find the feature annoying.
If you do not want MacOS to show the desktop when you click on the wallpaper, you can turn off the click to reveal desktop feature in macOS Sonoma.
The third beta version of iOS 17.2 for iPhone, iPadOS 17.2 for iPad, and macOS Sonoma 14.2 for Mac, have been released for users engaging in the beta testing programs for Apple system software.
Betas of iOS 17.2, macOS Sonoma 14.2, and iPadOS 17.2, includes the ability to add stickers to your iMessages from long-tap/click contextual menus. Here’s a helpful bit of knowledge that you may want to keep in mind when traveling or using public wi-fi spaces; if you use Content Blockers in Safari or your web browser, that content blocker may break a wi-fi’s captive portal login page, thereby preventing you from joining that particular wireless network. A fair number of Apple Watch users have been experiencing battery life issues lately, where the Apple Watch battery would drain much faster than expected or desired. Apple has released the second beta versions of iOS 17.2 for iPhone, iPadOS 17.2 for iPad, and macOS Sonoma 14.2 for Mac. The beta versions are available now to users participating in the beta testing programs for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
iOS 17.2 beta includes the Journal app, which lets users track their lives in digital journal entries with photos, video, voice recordings, media, and whatever else you feel like feeding into the digital machine and iCloud.
