Super Mario Run, the highly anticipated debut Mario game for iOS, is now available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users.
The game is designed for playing one handed on a mobile device, as Mario continuously runs, you tap to jump as you collect coins, stomp on Goombas, and navigate the various obstacles on each course. It’s very highly polished and a lot of fun, which is exactly what you’d expect from Nintendo.
The iPhone Camera defaults to opening to Photo so that you can take pictures with the iPhone camera quickly. A new feature available in iOS lets you set the default camera mode to another option however, meaning you can default to opening the camera to Video, Square, Slow-Motion, Time-Lapse, Portrait, Panorama, or the standard Photo option.
Hot off the heals of releasing the final versions of macOS Sierra 10.12.2 and iOS 10.2 to Mac and iOS users respectively, Apple has unveiled the first beta versions of MacOS 10.12.3, iOS 10.2.1, and tvOS 10.11.1.
If you want to know the battery time remaining on a MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air running a modern version of Mac OS system software, including 10.14.x Mojave, 10.13.x high Sierra, and 10.12.x Sierra, then you will have to learn a few new tricks to do so. Given that Mac laptops are inherently mobile and battery dependent, many users like to have a general idea of how much battery time is remaining, even if it’s not 100% accurate, and thus are understandably not too enthusiastic about removing such a feature.

Apple has released MacOS Sierra 10.12.2 update for downloading. The update aims to improve the stability and performance of Macs and is therefore recommended for users running prior versions of Sierra to install.
The User Library folder is hidden by default in MacOS Catalina, MacOS Mojave, macOS High Sierra, and macOS Sierra, but some advanced users may wish to show and access the ~/Library/ folder, which contains preference files, caches, and application support data. Apple has released the sixth beta build of macOS Sierra 10.12.2 to users participating in the beta testing programs.
The Handwritten Messages feature in iOS is fun and can be used to scribble a note or draw a quick little sketch, but after you have sent a handwritten messages from an iPhone or iPad you’ll find the sketch is saved within a little panel at the bottom of the handwritten messages screen.
