iOS 13 default wallpapers

With every new iOS release, Apple includes a variety of new stock wallpapers to show off the latest operating system. iOS 13 beta is no different, and the new wallpapers bundled with iOS 13 and iPadOS are gorgeous as always.

But you don’t need to install iOS 13 or iPadOS or wait for iOS 13 public release to get these great default wallpapers, you can get your hands on them right now!

Available at 3208 × 3208 resolution, the default wallpapers with iOS 13 and iPadOS are high resolution enough to suit every iPhone and iPad display, and most Mac, PC, and Android displays too.

Click on any of the images below to open the full sized wallpaper into a new tab or window. Then just save the image with a tap and hold to your iOS device and set the picture as wallpaper on iPhone or iPad, or on a Mac, PC, or Android.

You may have noticed the wallpapers are basically paired by colors. That’s because these new wallpapers with iOS 13 and iPadOS actually shift their appearance depending on whether the operating system is set into the default Light Mode versus Dark Mode. As you probably guessed, in Light mode the wallpaper is a lighter variation, whereas in Dark mode the wallpapers shows a darker variation. This is sort of like Dynamic Wallpapers on the Mac, but not quite that dramatic as they don’t change throughout the day. Of course, just like Dark Mode itself, that changing wallpaper feature will only be available in iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, so if you’re just downloading the wallpaper images below to use on another device running a different OS, they won’t change. Nonetheless they still look gorgeous, so enjoy the images!

Technically anyone can install iOS 13 beta right now, but they should wait for the public beta as the developer beta is really not suitable for broader public consumption

Thanks to iDownloadBlog for uncovering the high resolution images! You can also download the full collection of wallpapers from Google Drive here (and thanks to Jared for sending the links in).
