- Updating…
Apple just did the same thing today with all newer iPad that can run IOS 16 there no ios 15.7.3. And can only go to ios 16.3 So the last IOS 15 update was ios 15.7.2 for these devices. Apple did the same with all newer iPhone and made ios 15.7.1 the last ios 15 version for those devices and was able to only go to 16.2 at that time back in December 2022. Luckly I updated my iPad pro 9.7 just in time about 2 weeks ago so I can stay on ios 15. As for my iPhone 11 I went and download ios 16.2 fron ios 15.7.1 which was also 2 weeks ago and there no going back to ios 15
iOS 15.7.3 is available for any device running iOS 15 through the Software Update mechanism, you have to scroll below the iOS 16 update to see it. If a device is currently running iOS 16.x then it can not install iOS 15.7.3.
What he means is an iPhone that currently is on ios 15.7.1 that is also capable of upgrading to iOS 16 cannot get the 15.7.3 update.
I’m using my iPhone 13 mini with iOS 15.7.1 and I too cannot get the 15.7.3 update. It only shows iOS 16.3 basically forcing people to switch to iOS 16 when there is no real incentive for alot of people to go for it. Typical anti consumer practices from Apple yet again.
no i also cant find iOS 15.7.3 in my update option and am running 15.7.1 on iphone 13 pro max
