iOS 11.4.1 Beta 1 & MacOS 10.13.6 Beta 1 Released for Testing
Apple has released a bevy of new beta system software versions for users enrolled in the Apple beta testing programs. iOS 11.4.1 beta 1, macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra beta 1, watchOS 4.3.2 beta 1, and tvOS 11.4.1 beta 1 have all been released together.
The new beta builds come right after iOS 11.4 update was released as a final version for iPhone and iPad users, along with final updates to watchOS 4.3.1 and tvOS 11.4.
Notably missing in yesterdays software updates was a final build of macOS 10.13.5 system software, which presumably will arrive soon for Mac users running High Sierra. Nonetheless that waiting status didn’t stop Apple from releasing yet another version of macOS High Sierra versioned as 10.13.6 beta 1.
For those enrolled in the beta testing programs for Apple system software, iOS 11.4.1 beta 1, macOS 10.13.6 beta 1, watchOS 4.3.2 beta 1, and tvOS 11.4.1 beta 1 can each be found in their respective Settings apps or the Mac App Store.
Users interested in running stable system software versions will find they can download iOS 11.4 on iPhone or iPad, and find final stable builds available for Apple Watch and Apple TV as well.
It is widely expected for the next major releases of Apple system software to debut next week at the WWDC 2018 conference, where presumably we’ll see previews of iOS 12 and macOS 10.14, along with the next generation versions of system software for Apple Tv and Apple Watch.
